1.1.4. Retention Period

For archived contacts, personal data are deleted after 5 years if no activity is linked to it. Emails are deleted every 10 years.

1.3. Anti-Money Laundering and Countering the Financing of Terrorism (AML/CTF)

1.3.1. Description of the purpose

We are legally obliged to obtain and process personal data about clients, their ultimate beneficial owners and the client representatives under the Law of November 12, 2004 on the fight against money laundering and terrorist financing (“AML/CTF Law”).

  • All publicly available information needed to perform our risk assessment according to the AML/CTF Law.
