Philippe Neefs

Philippe has been working with KPMG Luxembourg from November 16, 1994 till January 15, 2021.
He has been a Partner over the last 17 years.
During his career, Philippe has practised all the tax services (Corporate Income Tax, Transfer Pricing, Individual Tax, VAT, Tax Compliance and Succession Tax) but he mainly specialized into International Taxation.
He also built-up and managed more than 10 years ago the Transfer Pricing practice of KPMG Luxembourg.
He was at the heart of several tax law in Luxembourg and part of a lot of lobbying groups.
Philippe also worked in 2000-2001 for KPMG in the US.
He was Head of Private Equity (Audit, Tax and Advisory) where he managed a team of more than 500 people active in this field.
Philippe was also a Fellow at the University of Louvain (Belgium) in International Taxation for the last 5 years and has been invited as speaker to several tax conferences in Luxembourg, Belgium and Germany.
